End user license agreement (EULA)

These Terms and Conditions apply to the agreement between MySafetyEye ApS and one real human being/person (hereinafter “the user”) who uses the Service. Only users over 18 years of age or older can enter into an agreement with MySafetyEye ApS and use the service.


To access the service, the user must read and accept these Terms and Conditions. Terms and Terms of Business constitute the total agreement that applies between the user and MySafetyEye ApS.


Using our service, you give MySafetyEye ApS permission to keep your name, address, email and password to MySafetyEye. The address is used to mark your address that MySafetyEye uses on the map in the APP. The email is used as a user identity when login in MySafetyEye, as well as communication


As a starting point, we want to send a news email once a month. In order to maintain the operation of the service, it may be necessary to contact you by e-mail in rare situations. You can unsubscribe at any time, cancel your subscription (see the “Fees and Changes” section and the “Termination” section) or have your information provided in PDF form and subsequently deleted. Purpose of service and scope of service


MySafetyEye ApS provides a subscription-based online service on the Apple Store and Google Store an MySafetyEye servers. The service gives the user access to MySafetyEye ApS’ services as chosen when ordering. MySafetyEye reserves the right to change over time.


The service can be run on smart phones with continuous data access for the purpose of monitoring the home.


The user can also receive notifications and report suspicious behaviour including reports of burglaries in houses, apartments, holiday homes, businesses, cars and suspicious behaviour. In addition, users can report a panic button. Messages are sent to the local area which may have an interest in the information.


Subscription users “Standard” also have access to features with monitoring associated motion sensor. These functions consist of a monitoring and motion alarm service. Alarm should not be compared to an alarm company, but a motion alarm, which is sent to the user’s smart phone or email in case the service is set to detect movement and a movement is observed.


“Standard” users can also share accesses to receive the user’s own notifications or cameras to trusted friends via the APP. Based on sharing the geographic location of the smart phone, it is possible to turn cameras on and off automatically. It is noted this automatic on and off function of cameras is carried out with the geographical uncertainty that follows the lack of precision of the smart phone and/or delay in indicating the geographical location.


Access to the service


To access the service, the user must register a user account in MySafetyEye with subscription type: “Free”, “Donation” or “Standard”


Verify your account


When subscribing with MySafetyEye ApS, we will send you a temporary password to verify your email address. In connection with your subscription activation, we reserve the right to verify your information.


If the information is insufficient or is deemed incorrect, we will contact you to verify your information. If your information is deemed incorrect, we reserve the right, without your consent, to immediately discontinue subscription and deactivate your account. Your account will be calculated and you will be refunded pro-rata until the day of termination. Your information will subsequently be deleted and will not be able to be found again.


Registration and user access


The user is responsible for ensuring that the information provided is correct at the time of registration. Upon registration, the user may only provide information related to their own payment and credit cards.


Upon registration, the user must provide a username and password (hereinafter “Login information”). The user’s login information is personal and may not be used by others. For family members/Friends, they need their own personal login credentials.


The user must keep the login information in a safe place so that others cannot gain unauthorised access to it. The user is responsible for all use of his user account.


If the user suspects illegal use of their login information, they must immediately notify MySafetyEye ApS and change their password.


Fees and changes


There is no fee and payment for Free Users of the Service.


Fees are the subscription price for use of the service and must be paid according to the price list in force at any time available on the website and in the MySafetyEye APP. MySafetyEye ApS reserves the right to change the fee and other terms of service. The change must be notified to the user no later than 30 days before the change takes effect.


In the event of such changes, the user shall be entitled to terminate the subscription with effect from the day on which the change takes effect. If the user does not cancel the subscription before the change takes effect, this is considered acceptance of the change. Changes that are of obvious benefit to the user apply immediately without the right of termination of the user.




The user must make the payment for the subscriptions “Donation” or “Standard” or others named on the service list via MySafetyEye ApS’ app. MySafetyEye ApS receives online payments with Visa(Dankort), Mastercard and Maestro. The payment will not be charged to your account until the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created, unless otherwise agreed or stated on your order.


All amounts on the website are including VAT. The MySafetyEye APP uses the following currencies for pricing: Denmark – Kroner (DKK).


MySafetyEye ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means that your data is secure and cannot be read by other outsiders. The payment server is provided by the Danish payment provider Yourpay ApS, Valhøjs Alle 158, 2610 Rødovre, CVR: 35243267, which keeps all customer data and payment information secure and fully protected and meets all requirements for PCI Compliance.


Payment is automatically made in advance each month as a subscription scheme with monthly payments from the day of creation. Payments will be made quarterly, where such subscription apply At the first payment, the user signs and authorizes the monthly / quarterly subscription payments that are charged on the subscription date and per month/quarter going forward. At each payment date, the User guarantees to have sufficient funds for payment available through the selected means of payment.


Subscription termination and breach of contract


The user may cancel the subscription at any time at the end of the one-month payment period from the last payment. To terminate his agreement, the user must email


MySafetyEye may cancel a subscription with 1 months’ notice.


MySafetyEye may terminate a subscription with immediate effect if there is a violation of the Terms and Conditions. In this case, no refund will be granted for the amounts paid.


Upon termination of the user’s customer relationship with MySafetyEye, be it upon user’s or MySafetyEye termination or termination, user data will be deleted 10 days after the final termination of each subscription.


If MySafetyEye becomes aware that the user is continuously misserving the service, the Service uses for purposes other than intended, or misuses the service for criminal purposes, there is a breach of the agreement and the service ceases immediately. If the abuse is a criminal matter, MySafetyEye reports the incident to the local Metropolitan Police.




MySafetyEye ApS retains ownership of all intangible software and trademarks and services provided under this Agreement, including all documentation, changes, improvements, upgrades, derivatives, and all other intellectual property rights related to the Service, including MySafetyEye name, logos. trademarks reproduced through the Service.


In the case of a breach or violation of this property, MySafetyEye reserves the right to stop the service and seek compensation under applicable Danish law.


Right of withdrawal


A 14-day full return right is granted on subscriptions to MySafetyEye, unless otherwise agreed or stated on your order. The 14 days begin on the day you subscribe.


Cancellation requests must be notified to MySafetyEye within 14 days of subscribing and must reach us within 14 days of being informed of your use of the right of withdrawal.


The right of withdrawal request must be emailed to The notice should make it clear your desire for the use of the right of withdrawal.


Warranty and disclaimer


A warranty is granted on products in accordance with the Danish Sales Law. The warranty applies to all errors in software, material and fabrication.


The complaint is waived by improper or uncommon operation of the product.


Software can incur errors for which the user accepts can be present and thus we reserve the rights to waive any responsibility for consequences of such errors in the app. For the ‘Free User’, the service is free of charge, so no compensation can be sought, and there can be no complaint due to errors in the APP.


MySafetyEye ApS disclaims any responsibility for the performance of phones and home movement and streaming functions (also referred to as motion alarm), including online access and availability, errors, failures, failures, and failure to provide service performance, including viruses, technical errors, etc. This also applies to a lack of support for certain phone and operating system versions. Except for MySafetyEye’s obligations set out in this Agreement, MySafetyEye ApS is not liable to the user indirectly or consequentially – including loss of income, loss of opportunity or profit, loss of property or restoration thereof, loss of privacy, loss of goodwill, recovery costs and costs for additional time or external services – as a result of customers’ use of the products and services delivered under this Agreement. Maximum limit of any possible compensation for such errors or otherwise are limited to up to 6 months subscription.


MySafetyEye relies solely on the social virtual and voluntary alarm community among MySafetyEye users, which is made available to users who have joined the MySafetyEye service. The individual MySafetyEye user is not required to assist other MySafetyEye users with monitoring, alerting, moving and forwarding; it is only a voluntary choice for the individual MySafetyEye user to help other MySafetyEye users. In addition, a MySafetyEye subscription does not give the individual user separate liability, right, duty or powers in relation to other users in addition to what is legally applicable to ordinary citizens of each country.


MySafetyEye ApS does not participate in the social virtual and voluntary alarm community in any way. MySafetyEye ApS is not a security company and not a call-in. MySafetyEye ApS therefore disclaims any responsibility for monitoring, alerting, emergency response, burglary, loss and destruction of values and so on. MySafetyEye uses the term alarm as a motion observation alarm for the user’s mobile device and not as an alarm in the common perception within the alarm industry.


The transmission of communications including alarms between users’ smart phones and alarm devices to the MySafetyEye service and the server is dependent on the 3rd Party transmission network and hardware, and therefore all reservations are made for delay or complete absence of communication including streaming or movement observation alarm signals. MySafetyEye ApS therefore disclaims any responsibility for delayed or non-communication between devices. MySafetyEye ApS cannot therefore be held liable for any kind of liability for incidents such as, but not limited to, house, car burglaries, direct or indirect loss and destruction of values, fire, personal injury, death and so on.

Customer & Privacy Policy


MySafetyEye ApS collects and processes your personal data in accordance with the Data Protection and Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).


We do not resell personal information and do not disclose your personal information to others. These are only registered in our own customer book. You can have your information deleted at any time.


In order for you to enter into an agreement with MySafetyEye ApS, we need the following information:

We make the registration of your personal data for the purpose of delivering the goods to you.


The personal data is registered with MySafetyEye ApS and stored for up to five years after the end of the subscription, after which the information is deleted.


When personal data is collected, we ensure that it is always done by giving your explicit consent so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why.


MySafetyEye ApS has access to user information that is recorded about you. MySafetyEye ApS displays your address on the map that MySafetyEye uses, and additional information will not be displayed or shared with others. MySafetyEye does NOT have access to your surveillance camera and any images that are recorded as part of the motion detection are stored encrypted. The encrypted images are deleted without exception after 10 business days, and you also have the option to delete photos yourself at any time.


MySafetyEye ApS is the data controller for data that you provide to us and we store and transmit customer information encrypted.


As registered with MySafetyEye ApS, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to know what information is registered about you. If you wish to exercise your rights regarding the right of access and objection, please contact

Log statistics

We use a log statistic on MySafetyEye ApS, which means that a statistics system collects information that can give a statistical picture of how many visitors we have, where they come from and where on the website, it is abandoned, etc.

End User License Agreement (EULA)


Please read this Mobile Application End User License Agreement (“EULA”) carefully before downloading or using the MySafetyEye ApS (“MySafetyEye”) mobile application (“Mobile App”), which allows You to access MySafetyEye’s internet-delivered service (“Subscription Service”) from Your mobile device. This EULA forms a binding legal agreement between you (and any other entity on whose behalf you accept these terms) (collectively “You” or “Your”) and MySafetyEye (each separately a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”) as of the date you download the Mobile App.


Your use of the Mobile App is subject to this EULA and Your use of the Subscription Service will remain subject to the existing agreement governing such use (the “Terms and Conditions Agreement”). With respect to the use of the Mobile App, and to the extent the Subscription Agreement conflicts with this EULA, the terms of this EULA will govern and control solely with respect to use of the Mobile App.




MySafetyEye grants You a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Mobile App for Your personal and internal business purposes strictly in accordance with this EULA and the Terms and Conditions Agreement.


Your Account.


Your use of the Mobile App requires that You have an account with MySafetyEye and agree to the terms of Terms and Conditions Agreement.


Changes to this EULA.


MySafetyEye reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time and for any reason. MySafetyEye will post the most current version of this EULA at https://www.MySafetyEye.comIf MySafetyEye makes material changes to this EULA, You will receive notification via the Mobile App.


Notwithstanding the foregoing, You are responsible for complying with the updated terms posted online at MySafetyEye’s website even if these updated terms appear online at MySafetyEye’s website before being posted on the Mobile App. Your continued use of the Mobile App after MySafetyEye publishes notice of changes to this EULA indicates Your consent to the updated terms.


No Included Maintenance and Support.


MySafetyEye may deploy changes, updates, or enhancements to the Mobile App at any time. MySafetyEye may provide maintenance and support for the Mobile App, but has no obligation whatsoever to furnish such services to You and may terminate such services at any time without notice unless specified in the Terms and Conditions Agreement. You acknowledge that neither Apple (for iOS Mobile App) nor Google (for Android Mobile App) has an obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services in connection with the Mobile App.


Acceptable Use.


You agree that You will not use or encourage others to use the Mobile App or the Subscription Service as accessed through the Mobile App in a way that could harm or impair others’ use of the Mobile App or the Subscription Service. You also agree not to violate the usage limits or controls set forth by: (a) the App Store Terms of Service, for iOS users accessing the Mobile App on an Apple product, or (b) Google Play Terms of Service for Android users accessing the Mobile App on an Android product.




In order to operate and provide the Subscription Service and the Mobile App, MySafetyEye may collect certain information about You, including technical and telemetry data related to your use of the Mobile App. We use third party service providers to help us collect and analyze this data, including Google Analytics. MySafetyEye uses and protects that information in accordance with the MySafetyEye Privacy Notice can be found in our Terms and Conditions Agreement posted at website.


Consent to Electronic Communications and Solicitation.


By downloading the Mobile App, You authorize MySafetyEye to send You (including via email and push notifications) information regarding the Subscription Service and the Mobile App, such as: (a) notices about Your use of the Subscription Service and the Mobile App, including notices of violations of use; (b) updates to the Subscription Service and Mobile App and new features or products; and (c) promotional information and materials regarding MySafetyEye’s products and services. You can review Your account notification settings and adjust Your messaging preferences, including opting-in to additional messages or unsubscribing to certain messaging through the “Push Notifications” section of the Mobile App settings.


No Warranty.




The Mobile App is only available for supported devices and might not work on every device. Determining whether Your device is a supported or compatible device for use of the Mobile App is solely Your responsibility, and downloading the Mobile App is done at Your own risk. MySafetyEye does not represent or warrant that the Mobile App and Your device are compatible or that the Mobile App will work on Your device.

Suspension and Termination of the Mobile App.


MySafetyEye reserves the right to suspend or terminate Your access to the Mobile App at any time based on the status of Your account under the Terms and Conditions Agreement. You understand that if Your account is suspended or terminated, You may no longer have access to the content that is stored within the Subscription Service.


Intellectual Property Rights.


In the event of a third party claim that the Mobile App, or Your possession and use of the Mobile App, infringes third party’s intellectual property rights, MySafetyEye will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.


Legal Compliance.


You represent and warrant that: (a) You are not located in a country that is subject to a United States Government embargo, or that is on Title 15, Part 740 Supplement 1 Country Group E of the United States Code of Federal Regulations; (b) You are not located in a country that has been designated by the United States Government as a “terrorist supporting” country; and (c) You are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You further agree not to transport the Mobile App to or use the Mobile App in any such country.


Governing Law.


This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws governing Your Terms and Conditions Agreement.

Third Party Beneficiaries.


This EULA is executed between You and MySafetyEye and not between you and any other party, including Apple for iOS users and Google for Android users. You agree that any claims brought by You arising out of this EULA or Your use of the Mobile App will not be made against Apple or Google, as applicable. Notwithstanding the foregoing, upon Your acceptance of this EULA, allows Apple or Google, as applicable, to enforce this EULA against You as a third party beneficiary thereof. MySafetyEye is not responsible for any applicable third-party agreement between You and Your any third-party, including your wireless provider.
